1. Acceptance of terms
By using IndicatorFree ("the Site") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
2. What the Site provides
• Free MetaTrader 5 indicators and Expert Advisors ("tools"), downloaded from Google Drive. • Test results and documentation for each tool. • A request board where members ask for tools and vote. • Educational articles. We may change, pause or remove any tool or feature at any time.
3. Accounts
Downloads do not need an account. Requesting and voting do. • Give a working email address; we verify it. • One person, one account. Extra accounts, bought accounts and accounts used to inflate votes may be closed and their votes removed. • You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Licence to use the tools
Each tool is free to use for personal or commercial trading on your own accounts. You may not: • Sell, rent or sublicense a tool, or bundle it in a paid product. • Remove the IndicatorFree name or copyright notice from a tool. • Re-upload a tool elsewhere as your own work.
5. Requests and votes
When you send a request you allow us to publish it, rewrite it for clarity, merge it with similar requests, and build a tool from it. Building is not guaranteed. A released tool belongs to IndicatorFree; your name may be shown as the requester. Votes are weighted and checked for fraud as described on the How we test page. We may remove votes, freeze rankings or decline requests at our discretion. Nobody is paid for requests or votes.
6. Prohibited conduct
• Automated voting, vote trading, or recruiting votes with incentives. • Requests that infringe someone else's copyright or ask us to copy a paid product. • Abusive, illegal or spam content. • Attempts to break, overload or scrape the Site beyond normal use.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, its text, test reports, images and the tools are owned by IndicatorFree or used with permission. Trademarks such as MetaTrader belong to their owners. Copyright complaints: see the DMCA page.
8. Trading risk
Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of loss. Tools and test results are information, not financial advice. Backtests and signal statistics come from historical data and do not predict future results. Test any EA on a demo account first. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. 9. No warranty
The Site and tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of test results, or uninterrupted availability of download links.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, IndicatorFree is not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, data loss or indirect damage arising from use of the Site or the tools.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Site and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
