When a fill goes wrong, a trader can open a case from what BlackBox recorded. The broker can reply here in public, other traders can add what they measured, and only the trader can mark it resolved.

Case rules

Every case is built from fills BlackBox recorded on the trader’s own account. No recording, no case.
Only fills where BlackBox measured something unusual can go into a case: worse than requested beyond normal slippage, spread at least 2× the usual, or a much slower fill than usual.
Real accounts only. Up to 2 new cases a day and 3 open cases per trader.
Numbers come from the recording. The trader’s text is their opinion and is shown as such.
No links, contacts, referral codes or insults. A moderator reads each case before it goes public.
Account numbers are never shown. Only the broker, server, symbol, time and prices.
A broker can reply from a verified account that uses its official email domain. Replies appear as soon as they are posted.
Only the trader can mark a case resolved. Every broker follows the same rules.
BlackBox shows what was recorded. It does not decide who is right — the decision is yours.
